Shining Faces in India is a UK registered charity administered by the Wainwright family. All funds go directly to the orphanage on a monthly basis by bank transfer. All UK professional fees, administrative and incidental expenses incurred by the charity, are underwritten by the family, ensuring that 100% of your contribution goes directly to the orphanage.
Accounts for Shining Faces in India are audited annually and can be viewed on the Charities Commission website.
The orphanage is dependent on donations from overseas as neither the state nor the local authorities will assume responsibility or contribute to the welfare of these children.
How you can help
If you would like to help support the work of Jayaraj and his remarkable team of dedicated helpers, by sponsoring one or more children, or by making a one-off donation, please complete our Donation Form. If you pay income tax in the UK please fill in the Gift Aid Declaration Form and send to the Wainwright Family.
Whatever you choose to do, your gift will make a real difference to the lives of the orphans and this remarkable Christian community that supports them.
